- Rat monoclonal antibody raised against Cd8a.
- Immunogen:
- Mouse Cd8a.
- Host:
- Rat
- Reactivity:
- Mouse
- Specificity:
- Anti-mouse CD8a recognizes the alpha chain of the Lyt 2 lymphocyte differentiation antigen of all strains tested. This antibody precipitates 44KDa and 33KDa proteins. The CD8a alpha and CD8b beta chains form a heterodimer. Reacts with non-polymorphic determinant.
